Reaching 'that age' where you start to think how everything is going to come together for retirement but not having a clue where to start.

How has Nico Williams helped you?

Nico has been really patient explaining how everything works, how we're able to make the most of our money and where and how to invest it. And, most importantly, how to access it when we need it!

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

We're almost there. Couple of transfers to go into ISAs and we're all set up. It's great to have everything where we can see it and I feel much better that our plans are heading in the right direction.

What could they have done better?

We've been really happy with the service Nico has provided along the way.

I needed to top up my income and had 4 pensions that confused the hell out of me to be honest. Nico looked at all 4, got all the info needed and explained it to me in straight forward terms.

Nico looked at all 4, got all the info needed and explained it to me in straight forward terms. I now have an extra income while my bigger pensions are still working away in the background providing income for my old age.

Early days, but so far so good.

What could they have done better?

Nothing, from being clear and concise and going back over things I didn’t understand, taking his shoes off to come into my house, everything had been great!

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I had turned 60 years old and needed advice regarding my various pensions.

How has Nico Williams helped you?

Nico was able to collate, explain in a non jargon way and advise the options I had with my various Pensions. Nico was very knowledgeable about my old policies and explained new policies in a way I was able to understand. This would not of been possible to do myself as I would not have understood options that different my old policies were offering. I now have these in one place where I can access their performance. I felt the process went smoothly and was reassured by Nico when a very old policy required a form completing with details which I was only able to offer limited information. Nico also checked that I had received information /letters and had been able to create my login to my new platform of investments. Nico is professional and friendly. I felt comfortable to ask questions, and he arranged appointments to suit me.

As this is only very recent I cannot say.

I have nothing to offer as criticism.
