Alex was extremely friendly, warm and helpful. I found him down to earth, yet thorough in his explanation. Definitely recommend!

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

We wanted to move properties and initially wanted to look to port our mortgage to the new property. We wanted to know what we could afford, so we could look to get our finances in order before starting the house search.

How has Alex Henry helped you?

We had umm'ed and arr'ed about keeping our current property, and buying another. Alex initially talked us through our options and what the cost would look like for each, including looking at a let to buy mortgage which we both had never heard of before, so wasn't aware it was an option. Circumstances arose where we needed to make ourselves chain free, and Alex managed to find us 2 fantastic mortgage products to enable us to do that. This something we would never have been able to do ourselves. He has responded quickly to our many questions, and kept us in the loop throughout the whole process, and advised us honestly throughout the process.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Even better! Alex is so knowledgable about the lenders that he was able to guide us to suitable products for us and our circumstances. Throughout the process he has kept us informed of changing interest prices (declining, thankfully) which has been so useful.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I recently retired and was looking to start taking an income from my pension pots.

How has Alex Henry helped you?

He was really good at taking me through all the key points and finding out about what what was important to me. He then set up a plan that beat everything I had been offered with my existing providers.
