What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

Warwick has been my financial adviser for many years now and I have always trusted his advice. My investments have done well and he reviews them regularly with me and gives me up to date valuations. He is very approachable and friendly. I look forward to my meetings and reviews with him.

How has Warwick Ivel helped you?

He has helped me with various investment plans over the years, given me advice on my various pensions as well as taxation issues. He has also helped me in managing associated paperwork.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Yes. My investment portfolio has grown nicely in these uncertain times when general interest rates are low.

Had money to invest approx 15yrs ago Warick became my advisor with a previous employer.

Warwick advised me the best plans to suit me.More so after losing my Husband.

I was left a 50k inheritance and wanted to look at tax efficient savings plans and plan for retirement.

How has Warwick Ivel helped you?

Warwick explained everything so that I understood completely, he took a lot of care to ensure I was comfortable with where the funds would be placed and explained how the pension and isa investment underlying funds. Warwick is very approachable, he’s easy to deal with and responds quickly to my queries. He is very thorough and knowledgeable.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Yes and Warwick provides me with regular updates and valuations. I’m still working and paying regular contributions to my isa.

Nothing, literally 5* service.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I wanted to transfer over a small pension with the Halifax and my mum had dealt with this company in the past.

How has Warwick Ivel helped you?

He gave me a questionnaire on the level of risk I was willing to take in investing in the share market, I wanted a cautious fund, because I did not want to risk losing my pension pot, as share can go down as well as upwards. (I did follow a share company when I studied at college).

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Although it was a cautious fund, it has done very well already making between £500 and £800 roughly!.

What could they have done better?

Nothing really, as I did already have some knowledge of the stock exchange and what to expect. I was glad he did not try and push a more risky investment, as some brokers/financial bankers sometimes do and then pocket a huge commission. Many thanks

How has Warwick Ivel helped you?

Warwick Ivel is acting for both myself and my sister, who has a rather complex Trust arrangement. Warwick is always very helpful to explain in detail any issues which are hard to understand and if he does not have an immediate answer, will always provide one as quickly as possible. I feel that he has a very professional approach and always acts in the best interest of his client.

What could they have done better?

Obviously Ivel must work within the constraints of the FSARules and Regulations but I feel the literature that is published on a regular basis is far too complex for most people to understand. A brief explanation relating to my particular fund and how it has performed would be appreciated. When I have requested this from Ivel he is always quick to supply the information but I feel it should be enclosed as a matter of course.

Mr Ivel was enormously patient and understanding of difficult circumstances. He went out of his way to use his vast experience to find a solution that I didn't know could exist. From previous financial advice I had zero trust, so I was the worst type of client, and to get past that, and provide such exceptional service says how highly I recommend him.

What could they have done better?

Nothing - his friendly, helpful manner goes way beyond the call of duty.
