‘first impressions’ - the value in booking a 30-minute chat with Graham - Graham's communication beforehand to clarify my expectations was an elite tier of experience. During the chat itself, I deeply appreciated that he didn't try to control the direction or project his own views. Truly listened, and that gave me the space to find my own focus. I enjoyed reading Graham's website blog and learnt a thing or two.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for a financial coach?

I was looking to find a different and more effective way of managing my money post a house purchase.

How has Graham Wells helped you?

Graham was extremely knowledgeable and practical in his coaching. He helped me get on top of my monthly budget following a house purchase, he helped me find a more intentional way of spending and become more financially confident as well as planning for the short and long term future.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Yes, Graham’s service helped me to achieve all the outcomes I was hoping for.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for a financial coach?

I've never felt brave enough to look at my finances in any detail so, in my early sixties, I decided I needed help.

How has Graham Wells helped you?

Graham is excellent at understanding what is going wrong, making practical suggestions at how to take control and most of all how to understand where my money is going, and what to do about it.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

The outcomes that we talked about in our first session were all achieved in the year that we worked together.

What could they have done better?

I didn't feel there were any areas where things could have been done better. A satisfied client!

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for a financial coach?

I decided to do some financial coaching as I felt lost and overwhelmed in managing some current financial matters and in planning for my financial future.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for a financial coach?

I’m looking for a life change but knew I didn’t need a Financial Adviser as my investments have largely already been made. What I needed was someone who could help me plan what I could do in my life, using those investments.

How has Graham Wells helped you?

Graham helped me understand how I could live a different life, one that didn’t involve me doing exactly the same job, in the same place, in the same routine, until the magical retirement date arrived. Graham is able to model scenarios based on how I want my life to be, not what I think it has to be. It’s life-changing.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

I’ve seen more than I imagined. Using all the data, which is easy to come by, Graham was able to show me what is possible.

What could they have done better?

I don’t think I could have asked for anything more.
