What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for a financial coach?

Thinking about money and making money-centric decisions had always felt overwhelming and I had avoided dealing with my spending behaviour as well as the reasons behind that behaviour. This in itself was causing me a lot of stress. When I decided to take a look at the whole area of money and finance in my life, I knew that finding the right person was the single most important part of this process. That person was Simonne.

How has Simonne Gnessen helped you?

Working with her was a transformative experience: she brought the perfect balance of sound financial knowledge, deep listening and empathy to each of our meetings. Over time, we were able to unpick what was driving my avoidance of all things money. Simonne’s ability to help me change, and I truly mean CHANGE, put me on the right path, one which I am still on.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

I have made significant decisions around money, which are benefitting me in so many ways and my life is different and less stressful in ways that go considerably beyond money. No of this would have been possible without Simonne.

What could they have done better?

I honestly cannot think of anything. Simonne is one of those rare people who is just exceptional, yet wears this very lightly and with a sense of lightness and even fun, something I never thought I would ever say about all things money.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for a financial coach?

I'd made some changes to the way in which I structured and used my money, I wanted to develop more supportive and sustainable systems as I grew myself and my business.

What a valuable investment in yourself. I've just had the opportunity to review my own money mindset progress over the last nearly three years, to my (surprise) delight I have achieved all of what felt like highly ambitious goals. The coaching approach is knowledgeable and compassionate, extremely tailored to personal needs, speed of change, and ambitions. These are no holds barred conversations about what you want and what might be holding you back. I can't recommend highly enough.

I have worked with Simonne for a number of years. We have set and reset financial goals and she has helped me to stretch my thinking, creating systems beneath me that support and track progress.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for a financial coach?

Closing down a business with the aim of getting our family finances back on track.

How has Simonne Gnessen helped you?

Simonne is our financial saviour and our dream life coach. I've had coaching sessions with Simonne on a monthly basis for over 10 years! (since the aftermath of the financial crash of 2008). The return on that investment can only be described as priceless. She helped get us back on track, becoming financially and emotionally intelligent with money and aim for the holy grail of financial freedom. We have achieved a dream lifestyle for our family to enjoy. We've built businesses, and bought/renovated properties during that time. I relish our coaching sessions, Simonne always keeps me on track, into a positive mental state and focused on the next best steps. Coach isn't strong enough of a word to describe Simonne's skillset, nor doing justice to her commitment and dedication to her craft - the psychology of money. Simonne is a master of her craft and fun to be on the journey with, I wouldn't be the same person without her support. I love that she is now building a money coaching movement, a gaggle of Simonne's in the world can only bring light.
