Suzanne immediately sparked rapport. She was warm, curious and excited at the prospect of us potentially collaborating. I do not know her political views which is currently a worry at the back of my mind, being as we are in the age of culture wars and British values at the fore front of every conversation. She install the sentiment that she is genuinely interested in empowering me as a woman and mother, leaving a sanguine impression of us potentially working on developing my money mindset.

Susanne provided clear advise and high level suggestion on ways to plan for a better financial future with a plan for what my pensions pot forecast could look like. In addition understand hatch has its own investment platform which is of great interest for Stock and shares.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for a financial coach?

I needed some help to understand my current financial position, to see whether I'm putting enough away for retirement and work out next steps.

How has Suzanne Wildblood helped you?

In our first session we spent some time talking through my circumstances and goals and did an assessment of my current position. Suzanne was great, she took the time to check and balance so that we were both on the same page. She then went away and produced a personalised plan which we then discussed on a follow up call. The plan enabled me to visualise what I needed to do, plus I had quite a few questions which she was more than happy to answer to help me understand some complex topics.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Absolutely. The plan that Suzanne produced for me has really helped me to get my head around where I am and what I need to do next. I decided to sign up for the Hatch service which gives me access to online tools and resources as well as Suzanne's time and expertise.

What could they have done better?

Suzanne was very approachable and knowledgeable, I really can't fault Suzanne or the Hatch service.
