Ian was recommended by a friend as we were looking for a mortgage.
How has Ian Davies helped you?
Ian found an excellent fixed rate mortgage for us 5 years ago and as that rate was coming to an end this year, we required his services again. Ian has been outstanding.

Ian Davies was very prompt and professional, pleasant to talk to made it easy for us to understand as we were first time buyers. explained how the process works, everything was explained clearly and all of our questions we're answered. he done all the paper work. He always returned calls and emails and kept us up to date with how the process was going.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
we are very pleased with the out come as we've moved in to our new home. I have already recommended him to family and friends. Ian has been superb in securing us an outstanding deal for our first mortgage.
