What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?
My son wanted to buy his first house. I have dealt previously with Adam Nanson for many years and who I have fully trusted with his expert advise, he passed me on to Dan Allen who also has been exceptional.
How has Daniel Allen helped you?
He found a great product but also overcame a hurdle from the credit history. This could have denied my sons chance to get on the property ladder, but Dan was able to get around a number of obstacles to achieve our outcome.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
Yes , the mortgage has been approved and sale of house completed, so a great thank you to Dan and Your mortgage-expert
What could they have done better?
He was fine with all aspects of his advise and also kept us informed of when he was out of office etc.

Nothing. His communication has been excellent throughout and I honestly can't believe the speed of the service. I would highly recommend Daniel to anyone seeking mortgage advice.

Dan is very knowledgable and helped us secure a mortgage at a good rate. As a self-employed person I was afraid of any financial scrutiny: this was all taken care of by Dan, leaving us to concentrate on finding a property.
