He offered to speak to estate agents on our behalf to vouch for us in terms of affordability if this was required, and he submitted our mortgage application in a very short space of time as it was a limited time offer.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Yes - we've been accepted for a suitable mortgage offer - this came through quicker than we expected, and Richard even called us out of office hours at 7pm when he found out to let us know.
