I'm an Independent Mortgage Adviser - I am not tied to any lender. I strongly believe in the importance of seeking independent advice as everyone’s situations and circumstances are different. I strongly believe in putting my clients best interests first to those of the lender. My primary objective is to find the best mortgage product available to my client. Buying a house has recently been deemed to be one of life’s most stressful events and I endeavor to make the whole process as streamlined and stress free for my clients, bearing the workload in liaising with the estate agents, lenders and solicitors throughout the process. I have developed strong working relationships with useful contacts in the industry and at the banks / building societies. As we all know, obtaining a mortgage in recent times bears more of a challenge than in previous years, more and more cases seem to be quirky in the sense of adverse credit and affordability calculations - now that the onus lies on the lender to be responsible in lending. I absolutely love a challenge and in many cases have been able to complete mortgages in which previous mortgage brokers have failed.
