I offer advice on Mortgages including first time buyers, remortgages, home movers, buy to let property landlords and portfolios and bridging finance. We also offer a restricted panel of providers for Life cover, Critical Illness, Income protection and Buildings and Contents insurance. I also work around my clients and their lifestyle, offering evening, day and weekend appointment from the comfort of their own homes. I am based in Barry and cover Cardiff, the Vale and surrounding areas within in South Wales but as I can work remotely I can cover the whole of the UK. I have worked in the Financial Industry for over 18 years so I have plenty of experience and knowledge within the market. In 2017 I decided that I would go self employed and achieve my goal, which is to help and assisting my local community and surrounding areas achieve their mortgage aspirations by giving the best advice based on their priority and needs. In 2020 in lock down I wanted to create my own branding and this is when Creating Mortgage Solutions was formed, I will never look back. I have been recognised in the whole of the UK and I have made the top 3 for being one of the Best Mortgage Brokers for the Mortgage Introducers Awards in 2019. I have a beautiful daughter Freya, who is my reason why going self employed was important, its having that flexibility and more time with her has always been my goal and I am proud that I can say I have achieved this.
