As a contractor of just over a year, I couldn't find a mortgage via conventional avenues that offered the value I needed to purchase a house in the area I wanted.

I couldn't honestly fault him one bit. he called me when he said he would, and always let me know what was happening on the process of my application. He explained the process to me and the advice received looking back now was absolutely right.
