We initially wanted to release equity in our own home to purchase a couple of investment properties with the cash and Doug arranged our original mortgage. Over time we have expanded the portfolio and remortgaged both these properties and Doug has arranged all subsequent mortgages and remortgages.

Doug advised and arranged for us to take our a residential remortgage on our home with a lender that would accept my contractor income and offer a high enough LTV.

Yes, we were able to release the funds to purchase both properties in cash, although the second purchase took so long, we also arranged a mortgage on that one too. We now have a medium sized portfolio and Doug continues to be a vital part of that growth.
