Helmut has been the only constant in our tumultuous house buying journey. After two failed house purchases (due to seller/chain issues), we finally settled on a new build. Helmut has been with us every step of the way and has consistently stayed in contact with myself and my partner. The only thing I could think of is use an invoicing system such as Freshbooks that allows card payments, using a bank transfer for payments is not something I like doing

Clear explanations of how mortgages and the property buying process works, searching for the best value mortgage and applying for it for us (Helmut had to do this several times due to systems failing and bank errors), fighting our corner to ensure we got what was needed when the banks first turned us down, and finally assistance in searching for and applying for life insurance, private health insurance and other financial advice.

Yes, we got approved for our mortgage, and have now moved in to our first home, and have got all other insurances in place that we applied for through Helmut and Chris.

Being our first time on the property ladder it’s daunting, you hear ‘advice’ and information from friends and family it’s hard to know what is actually correct and best course of action. Helmut got to know us and understand what we wanted he didn’t look at us like a number he seen our position and broke down all the financial jargon helped us understand what was in front of us and advised us on our best choices. It was clear from the start that Helmut knew the business inside & out; he answered all our questions competently not overloading us with information but concisely explained everything which really reassured us. We both have great trust Helmut which is vital when it’s financial advice, when it comes to remortgaging we will be going back to Helmut.
