What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

We were looking to move up the housing ladder but our situation was complicated by the fact my wife had given up work after the birth of our first child and I had gone self employed and only had one year's accounts at the time.

How has Mike Parker helped you?

Mike was great, he researched the whole market, narrowing down the search and then finding a lender who would apply a common sense approach to lending. Despite only having one years accounts the lender he found was able to offer us the loan we needed and at a very competitive rate

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Absolutely - we couldn't be happier in our new home and we have Mike to thank for this as if we had been unable to proceed at that time we would have lost our dream house. We wouldn't go anywhere else for mortgage advice now. In fact Mike has subsequently helped us in a recent purchase of a BTL property and we will be back to him on both properties to remortgage in the future.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I was looking to remortgage my home and had issues with having started my own business less than 2 years prior.

How has Mike Parker helped you?

Mike was great, from the first time we talked and went through my options i knew i had chosen the right company. Mike was great and honest with what my options where and where the previous Mortgage advisor gave me no hope unless i went for an extortionate mortgage offer Mike was quite the opposite. He showed me many offers, explained them all and actually made me slow down whilst he combed the market for an even better deal, which he found! I ended up with a mortgage deal better than expected. I really couldn't thank Mike and his team enough!.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Without doubt! to go the extra mile for his clients seems to be the norm with Mike.. who else says give them a day or 2 more to find more attractive deals and then actually finds them!! I felt i was in the safest of hands and that meant i didnt have to worry about things as much as i have in the past.

What could they have done better?

I am honestly sat here thinking what could Mike have done better and i really cant think of anything at all. I really was blown away and more than happy with the service i got. Even the company we got the mortgage through were awesome and Mike warned us of all the likely hoops to jump through too so there was no surprises whatsoever!

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I needed to obtain a mortgage too purchase a property.

My credit history wasn't great.I was made bankrupt 3 years ago so I turned to Mike Parker to broker a mortgage on my behalf.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Following Mike Parkers advice in my mortgage application the outcome exceeded my expectations not only did Mike Parker managed to find me a mortgage with my credit history Mike Parker found one from a leading high street lender at a very favourable rate . I am very happy indeed with the outcome.

What could they have done better?

I am trying to find some kind regards suggestions that Mike Parker and his brilliant team could have done better. But I can not think of any.

Excellent service. Having been turned down last minute by Santander, I then turned to Mike who got me a better deal than what Santander was offering me. I have now been in my property for a month. Can't thank Mike enough.
