Rob searched the market for a mortgage lender which directly fit my circumstances which meant that I could achieve the best rate for my personal situation. On receiving a mortgage offer Rob then undertook a review of my life insurance to ensure that it aligned with my current requirements.

Rob managed to source a suitable mortgage lender and insurance provider and kept me updated throughout the process answering any questions I had along the way. He also assisted me with a protracted conveyancing process for my new property which made things less stressful whilst working away from home.

What could they have done better?

I'm not sure I can fault Rob's performance on my case. He was very proactive in providing all the information I needed and in a timely manner so I was not kept wondering as to any developments. I will certainly be using his services, and that of The Mortgage Shop, in the future!

We have seen great results. We have prosperities let on BTL mortgages, producing good yield. We have also had good results when buying, refurbishing and reselling properties. His advise and support has certainly helped us achieve these resukts
