Lisa from the first day went above and beyond to search for the right mortgage options for me. She also explained the process very adequately to ensure I make the right decision. Lisa also did all the paperwork making sure nothing was left unattended and applied for the mortgage to which I got accepted. Lisa then explained very well the next processes and what to expect. Lisa has wealth of experience and knowledge in mortgage brokerage to which even after the purchase of the property when I encountered some difficulties she was available at non working hours to explain things to me and reassure me at times I was nervous of an outcome.

I went to my local bank where i was refused a mortgage bearing in mind i was a customer for many years and never had debt issues. I then went to Richard Tuck estate agents to ask how i went about buying my property and Lisa came down to meet with me and booked an appointment for the next day and started the process for me. Even better was the bill for her services because she will always get you the best deal, nothing ever seems too much trouble for her, she will answer any questions you have and the cost for all of that is very affordable for anybody. She will even contact you months in advance of your remortgage to make sure you get the best deals. I will never go to anybody else while Lisa is still in the business.

I have a mortgage portfolio and all the products were on variable rate mortgages. I could see the need to fix my mortgages with bank rate rises. In addition, my own residential mortgage was coming to the end of the term. My then current mortgage provider was not prepared to switch me to a new mortgage.

Lisa provided me with a portfolio review and secured mortgages for me that I otherwise could not have achieved without her help. It was a complicated process and she steered me though it with her expert advice. Also, my own residential mortgage was an issue, which she resolved by securing a mortgage for me based on my complicated circumstances.
