We initially looked for an adviser when we were purchasing our home three years ago. James came highly recommended and was great, we were so impressed with his service we have used him again recently to re-mortgage.

James has helped us every step of the way. He linked us with a conveyancer (whom we used for our re-mortgage too). Was there to advise on all of the paperwork, also completing as much of the paperwork and communication that he could himself. James has definitely gone the extra mile for us, he has searched to find us the best possible mortgage and supported us with equity release so we can make some home improvements. We are now using him for our life insurance too. I would not consider using any other advisor.

I was a hopeful first-time buyer with a slightly checkered financial history including a past IVA which made me ineligible for a lot of mortgage products. Definitely not the easiest customer!
