How has Edwina Sleight helped you?

Edwina is very professional; nothing is too much for her. Our circumstances were not the easiest and Edwina helped us to get on a property ladder, she just made whole process easy flowing, stress free. She always explained everything to a good detail, and we felt very comfortable through it all. Although we never met in person, I would like Edwina to know that we are very grateful and happy with all her hard work she done for us. Thank you so much.

Yes, in these unpredicted times we managed to secure a good mortgage deal and insurance policy with Edwina's help and advice.

Eddie was amazing, needed to re-mortgage due to me and my partner splitting. Due to creditors not updating credit account quickly had to go with another company, Eddie was amazing, really helpful, sourcing another company. Really supportive throughout the proceas.

I have my mortgage. House is now soley in my name.

Buying my first home! Edwina helped my buy my first home and also re-mortgage a couple of years later.

How has Edwina Sleight helped you?

Edwina helped me by firstly advising on the process of buying my home and how I could borrow, she then went and searched the market to find me the best possible deals out there - she didn't only just present me with one product it was multiple to choose from. Her communication, professionalism and guidance is next to none, its been a breeze!

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Better than I had hoped! Its always daunting buying your first home and having forms on forms to complete but Edwina made it easy. If I wasn't sure about any aspect she was always on the other end of the phone to patiently explain it to me. This time round after just two years I was able to pull money from my house to buy a new kitchen, it has even reduced my monthly payments and still have a good amount of equity in my home - So I am over the moon!

What could they have done better?

Happy with everything, since I have come across Edwina, I have recommended her to everyone I know that needs a mortgage advisor.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I was at a stage to finally buy my house so wanted someone that would be able to deal with the mortgage and all associated insurances

How has Edwina Sleight helped you?

From the very first phone call Edwina was exceptional in detailing and simplifying everything to do with the process of a mortgage. In terms of the mortgage we had a few issues from the vendors side and Edwina was able to solve these with no stress at all. Communication between Edwina and myself was fantastic to which she kept me upto date on everything via email, phonecall and text. Not only was my mortgage sorted but all relevant insurances associated with a mortgage.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Absolutely. When I first contacted Edwina I was only looking at getting my mortgage sorted. By the end not only was my mortgage sorted but also my families future is now secured due to Edwina going above and beyond setting up all my insurances and will, trust funds etc

What could they have done better?

The service I received from Edwina was professional, clear and stress free so as a client I have nothing to criticise her on.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

Initially I needed a mortgage to buy my first property, then a separate mortgage for a 'Buy to let' property I decided to purchase, finally I decided to move house so therefore needed to port my mortgage to the new property.

How has Edwina Sleight helped you?

Extremely professionally with expert advise and always extremely prompt actions and responses to emails / telephone calls. I have had experience with other Mortgage Advisers in the past, however Edwina's attention to detail and effort to get the desired outcome was second to none.

Definitely, purely because of Edwina's efforts, if it had't been using Edwina's expertise I don't believe I would have the property that I fell in love with now.
