I needed to remortgage my flat and Randy was able to provide me with a quick and helpful service. Hand holding, Randy has a soothing and comforting demeanor to put any one at ease. Financial decisions are hard enough. But Randy is a great help

How has Randy Randayn helped you?

House buying is rarely a pleasant process at best and often a very stressful one. Who you chose to support you through it is of utmost importance when it comes to alleviating some pressure points. With a lot of mortgage brokers offering services for free I can see how the temptation is real. We had, what, on paper, looked like a pretty straightforward case. However due to solicitor's miscommunication and lenders' lapses in service level agreements our straightforward purchase turned into a stressful one. Having Randy on our side made a huge difference. His proactive attitude and lack of any sort of complacency is so refreshing and, unfortunately, so rarely found in this industry. I can honestly say we would not have completed as smoothly as we had if it wasn't for his efforts and advice. Apart from high level of professionalism he is just a lovely, empathetic person who was prepared to take time and listen, relate and help however he can. Yes you will need to pay for his services, but he is honestly worth every penny and more.

Randy helped me to understand what protection would be best for my daughters wellbeing/security as the main priority. He recommended the most suitable insurance provider based on my needs and ensured all of my requests were fulfilled.

Thankfully I’ve not had to use the insurance yet. However I feel confident, after speaking both with Randy and the Insurance provider, that I would have a stress free experience as and when I need to use it.

There is genuinely nothing Randy could have done better. I felt confident and informed the entire time. Randy took the time to answer any questions or concerns I had and to ensure he had all of my correct information. His attention to detail was faultless.
