Leah has been my mortgage adviser from start to finish. I had no idea about the property purchasing process, and she has been an invaluable help to me. She has kindly and patiently answered all of my questions and given me excellent advice and support throughout the whole process. She has been extremely responsive, always at the other end of the phone/email and never making me feel like anything was too much trouble. She was always happy to discuss the process and the various mortgage options with me, going above and beyond to understand my needs, help me make the right choices and find the best product available to me.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
Yes. Leah was there for me right up until exchange of contracts, making sure that she had secured the best possible mortgage product for me.
