Tim helped me and my partner apply for a mortgage on our first home. Tim made what I thought would be a long and difficult process simple and quick. Tim was always available to help us with any queries that we had and as first time buyers, we were grateful for his support.

I don't think there is anything. Tim was very helpful, efficient and talked me through everything.

It is not possible to deal with our mortgage lender directly. Also, unhappy with the advice we received from our bank regarding loans and mortgages we sought a second opinion.

Tim Mogford was extremely helpful right from the initial introduction. He was prompt with calls and arranging a meeting, did everything he said he would do and more. He went out of his way to achieve a speedy result for us and his advice was excellent. He knew exactly what he was doing and understood the products available to us. I can not praise the service we received more and will definitely use Tim Mogford and Future Asset Management LLP again.
