We wanted to better understand our options and work with someone who would give us independent advice. We had never used a financial advisor before but would highly recommend it.

We spoke with Sam a couple of times on the phone so he could understand our requirements and position. Our position actually changed a couple of times during the process and Sam was so flexible and accommodating.

I was looking to purchase my first home, and needed to obtain a mortgage - without a mortgage advisor I would have had no idea where to start!

Sam advised me on the type of mortgage I would be able to get, and went through the whole process of applying for and obtaining the mortgage for me. He also offered a follow-up appointment to arrange insurances, and set me up with insurance policies to suit my needs and budget.

My partner and I were looking to reduce our monthly outgoings and asked Sam for advice.

How has Sam Winfield helped you?

Sam re-mortgaged our current mortgage to another provider at a reduced monthly rate. The re-mortgage also enabled us to settle a loan which we took out from another lender many years ago. In total we saved, because of Sam’s expertise, in the region of £125 per month.

Yes. Our bank balance is now fun to look at.
