As a first time buyer, I cannot recommend WR Ethical enough. The support I have recieved from Paul and the team throughout this journey has been so valuable. They made the whole process so easy (and that's a word I never thought I'd use when talking about mortgages!). It's also great to know that WR Ethical donate a portion of their fees to charity. I was able to choose from a selection of charities the one I wanted my donation to go towards (I chose InHope, a great charity supporting homelessness in Bristol). If you are a first time buyer looking for support with your mortgage options I whole-heartedly recommend this team. You won't regret it!

He was super efficient too and sent us an email the next day with all of the figures. It was great working with Paul at WR Ethical. Previously I dealt with mortgages myself however with the market how it is I needed help. I contacted Paul for some advice to begin with, which he was happy to help with and from that he gave me confidence in his ability. Once the mortgage was selected and accepted Paul stayed in contact until the application was completed when we moved. No question on who I am turning to when the mortgage renewal comes back around again. Really helpful and informative, I have no problem recommending WR Ethical.

Went to Paul and his firm for a broad indication of available re-mortgages for substantial renovation of house, after trying and being frustrated with inflexible larger brokers. His advice was timely and comprehensive and although not yet in a position to proceed will not be looking any further than Paul when time comes, hopefully in next couple of months. Paul is not the standard high-street broker, sifting through deals and matching to customers. He will listen and carefully find the right deal for you, using precision and skill, enjoying relationship building between client and customer. Not sure how Paul managed to succeed in getting us through the Trussonomic economic shock, and mayhem - with deals being pulled, DiPs being pulled, BoE warnings... but he got there after we had anticipated our plans inevitably falling apart. I did my due diligence before settling on Paul, with another reputable broker who said there's no way the figures stack up. That same broker was going to charge us about £1k just for a DiP and Application. Thank you Paul for securing our home. Not sure how you did it :-)

I called Paul Monday morning only expecting a brief call but we ended up talking for almost 45 minutes discussing my situtaion and going through the various options. Paul emailed that same afternoon with a detailed spreadsheet covering various options, including 2, 3 & 5 year mortgages, which was really helpful. Paul's emails are detailed and thorough, however everything is explained in such a way that you can still understand. Paul is very knowledgeable and attentive to the needs of the client.
