Throughout what has ended up being quite a stressful process, Chris was a constant source of support, meaning our mortgage was one of the only things we didn't feel remotely stressed about! It feels he has gone above and beyond to answer our (sometimes silly) questions, get things done quickly, and look for options/ solutions that suit us, and generally has held our hand throughout the whole process! Anyone who has the pleasure of Chris being their advisor is in very, very safe hands - we can't thank him enough.

I had previously used one of the UK's largest mortgage brokers but found them to be inefficient, ill-informed about what lenders would be more particular about and the nuances of their products. I wanted someone who could weigh up the complexities of my situation while being practical about what could be achieved.

How has Chris Billingham helped you?

Chris was great! He was punctual, professional and very transparent. He spent more than an hour talking through my circumstances and what would be the best products to suit my short and longer term needs. When I had a question or needed to clarify something with him, he was available by phone, was prompt via email and the digital process employed by BennisonBrown was really good. It wasn't just a document flow system with a myriad of passwords/links and emails. It was all laid out step by step to show where you were in the process with some personalised commentary. Couldn't have asked for a better service and I would highly recommend Chris and Bennison Brown.
