I am a Certified Mortgage and Protection Advisor. I worked for many years as a Quality Assurance Trainer at the Royal Bank of Scotland. This provides me with a unique set of skills along with a passion for customer service. It is my mission to address and solve all your financial needs efficiently, ensuring you get the best product available for your individual circumstances. I have significant experience in dealing with complex cases which require specialist knowledge. I have unlimited access to the whole of market and offer a fully independent service. I also provide in-depth advice and guidance on a range of products which will protect you against those moments in life that are sent to test us. These include losing your job through illness, sickness or redundancy, how to protect your mortgage on death or in the event of a critical illness and how your family can be protected against these as well as your home. I offer fully flexible appointments, understanding that the usual 9-5 Monday to Friday is not always convenient. I actively cover Bristol, Gloucester, Swindon, The Southwest and Oxfordshire.
