As first time buyers we didn't know too much about it all, and I was worried we'd be taken advantage of due to that. After reading their 5* Google reviews we got in touch. Jack spent hours on the phone explaining everything in detail, what to expect, the best way we can help ourselves and our credit scores in the lead up to the application to give us the best chances. No silly question from me was ever too much trouble - this is before we even signed up!! Of course we did and it was the best decision we could've made. With the Coronavirus pandemic, the banks retracted almost all of their mortgages after we had already had our offer accepted on a house. We were knocked down at every hurdle by almost every bank, to the point I was in tears to Jack on the phone, and Jack still got us a good deal with all odds stacked against us - whilst probably being the busiest they've ever been with other people going through the same issues during the pandemic. Jack and Stacey always kept us in the loop the whole way through, even getting emails at 7am and 8pm, and truly couldn't do any more for us.

Needed a mortgage - but rather a long and complex story but eventually a second mortgage was advised owing to some complicated issues.

Jack was excellent. He looked into the market - which at the time was rather "shut down" with COVID-19 issues and advised on the type of product needed and how to best achieve the produce we wanted. It was complex and stressful for us, but Jack kept the information flowing to the best of his ability, given that on occasion he was hampered by lack of information from the lenders. He was approachable, honest, kind and sympathetic when we were stressed with the whole process. We ended up with a product that is suitable and can be reviewed in a few years time. He was easy to contact by phone or email and always responded quickly to our questions.
