Yes. It was an awkward situation, but Jamal handled it and got it done the way he planned he would.
What could they have done better?
Nothing, Jamal is professional, friendly, very knowledgable, experienced, understanding and makes you feel like you ain't just another customer. Not once did I feel I was calling an advisor. 5 Star!
