How has Alexandra Taylor helped you since your last review?
To say my purchase was not simple is an understatement due to the Solicitor HOWEVER Alexandra was always available to assist and even chased 3rd parties to speed up the process when I was not getting answers WHICH SHE DID NOT NEED TO DO. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?
I had separated from my wife which means I had to look for alternative accommodation. I did not want to rent so wanted to enquire if a mortgage was available to me given that I was named on the family home mortgage and due to personal circumstances I was tied into that for the next 9 years.
How has Alexandra Taylor helped you?
Alex fully explained that mortgages were calculated on affordability and explained what effected that affordability result. I was then given an amount that I could borrow to buy a new place. This was exactly what I needed to move on in my life.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
Yes! Alex went the extra mile to secure the mortgage in time for me to secure the house purchase. Without Alex I would not have had this and lost the house that I wanted.
What could they have done better?
To be honest I am unable to identify anything that Alex could have done better. She was excellent!

I have been communicating with Alexandra regarding a recent house purchase. Sadly this one was haulted by the Lockdown. If things get moving again in the future I will certainly be contacting Alexandra again but at this time am unsure if I will be moving or not.
