About

Having worked in specialist mortgages for 20 years I felt I could bring my skills in development finance, bridging finance, commercial finance, portfolio mortgages and specialist residential lending, to the mainstream mortgage sector, I set up AFP Wales (my first business) in 2021, later converting the trading style to Lima Money I feel that marrying my expertise in the specialist fields, where complex transactions are common, to mainstream products such as remortgages, purchases, product transfers, first time buyers, offers my clientele a rounded and holistic service. I am absolutely client focused, and would rather advise against a deal if the transaction is not in the interests of my client. I feel more than ever, clients need clear advice and direction, that seeks to build long lasting, meaningful, business relationships, as apposed to a purely one off transactional interaction. This means my advice is centred around your life, your future plans, and seeks to deliver an achievable plan for your property or business aspirations. Underpinning this is a practical and sensible approach to your protection needs. Outside of work I am a keen sports fan (my days of playing rugby football and boxing are well behind me, so strictly observational these days), I enjoy cooking for my friends and family, cinema and writing. I can often be found walking my Jack Russel around Rhiwbina, or spending time with my wife and kids. I also set up a community interest group called "The Kindness Project" which seeks to help victims of domestic abuse to rebuild their lives with collected donations of furniture, toys, and sundry other goods.
