What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?
Required a broker to get a remortgage/second charge on our property for an extension build.
How has Liam Schewitz helped you?
Found the deal and acted as the middle man for everything required making it easier for us. We had one problem - not that Liam could control - which was our property being under a management company despite being a free hold. This took a lot of negotiation and go between to satisfy the requirements of the management company in providing the necessary documents. Liam helped navigate through this though and we got there in the end.

Found Liam on the advice of my financial advisor when seeking a bridging loan for a property development. For reasons completely out of Liam's control, it ended up being a long and difficult process but Liam never lost faith, kept me informed, and was also quick to answer my questions and queries and smooth my frustrations! Despite the length of time the process took, he held his fee without question.
