Had an exploratory conversation with Liam about the cost and process of securing a bridging loan. I found him to be very frank and open, with no hint of hard sell. He provided useful advice and information in a way that made it easy for us to consider how or if we should proceed. I would be happy to engage his services should the need arise.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

We had been monumentally let down by our existing mortgage adviser who had said to us that there was nothing out there that would 'fix' our borrowing issues. We had nowhere to turn until Liam was recommended to us by our solicitor. Having been told that there was nothing out there for our circumstances, I wasn't even sure it would lead anywhere.. From the initial phone call I had with Liam I could tell straight away that this guy was different, and straight away he made us feel like there was hope. Within the first day of having communication with Liam he already had options that had never been presented to us previously. This assured us that Liam was 'on it' from the get-go and this continued throughout the process.

Liam has been party to a complete miracle over the past 7 days! When all the odds were so clearly stacked against us, Liam went above and beyond and worked harder than any adviser I have ever experienced! He took our case very personally, and the entire process felt as though he was working for us the same way he would for himself/family...ie.. 100% effort at all times! The timeframe that he managed to work within is unheard on in refinancing.. he managed to secure us an offer in 4 days!! We were utterly shocked in the best way possible, and are so grateful to Liam for coming along and taking a lost cause and bringing about the best scenario imaginable.

Literally nothing to say here.... Liam exceeded our expectations by an absolute mile.
