What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

Looking to buy a property that is not straight forward. A mix of residential and commercial. Having been ghosted or given straight no's on countless occasions we were starting to lose hope before being put in contact with Liam.

Despite our mortgage falling through, at no fault of Liam or the mortgage provider he placed us with, we were more then happy. Even during the initial period of loss we always felt that both Liam and the mortgage provider were genuinely looking out for us. So honest in fact that they refunded us out survey money as they knew we couldn't proceed. We have regrouped and found a new property that we hope with Liam's help will be the start of a great new adventure.

What could they have done better?

Liam was a complete star. If only more people were like him.

I needed a short term loan charged against a property I am selling .

Liam did everything possible to keep the process moving despite one or two delays by the lender . He always came back to my queries immediately.

Wow! It’s been a long journey and battle to get this 2nd mortgage sorted. Liam was very diplomatic in how he broke the news of countless challenges that we faced. I always got the feeling that Liam knew what he was doing and that he’d deliver on his promise. If we didn’t have Liam as our agent I’d have given up on this pursuit a long time ago! But I always felt I was in safe hands and I was able to go on with my life knowing he was handling the case. We got exactly what we wanted through Liam and I cannot big him up enough; and we are now friends cause he kept the humour coming and laughter flowing ?? which made us feel better about the whole situation.

We needed advice on a new mortgage, with complicated incomes ruling out some standard online offers and brokers.

Liam took time to find out what we needed, and our exact circumstances, and went off to research the market. He returned with viable options, and didn't cease to find a way forward, even when multiple complications (and sometimes ridiculous demands from the lender(!)) threw obstacles in our path. Ultimately, Liam was able to find a competitive product that suited our circumstances, and provide the lender with enough information for them to make us an offer

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Yes - the mortgage deal that Liam identified, and followed up on doggedly until we satisfied the lender's demands, was ultimately offered to us and the purchase is going ahead

What could they have done better?

Liam was unceasingly responsive, kept us updated when necessary and worked away in the background when our input wasn't needed, and accessible through messages and calls any time we needed. We couldn't have asked for more!

Needed assistance securing a property mortgage.

Liam was incredibly diligent. My circumstances were challenging, with many things to consider. Banks didn't love this, but Liam kept searching and analyzing every possible option until he found a loan for me.,

Not exactly, but that was due to the value of the dollar dropping not Liams efforts.
