Thank you for your kind feedback I realise on a bridging case to refurb a property, that some of the questions were irrelevant. The delays were very much due to the incorrect warranty insurance on the site, prior to our picking up the case, which, when trying to obtain a retrospective fix, caused huge pain for all concerned. (but had to be done in order to obtain the funding you needed) Still, I am glad to say that when faced with a problem that seemed insurmountable, we managed, through hard work and your patience, to install a retrospective warranty that satisfied the lender and solicitors. I wish you great success on your project and look froward to helping you on the next one

I run an commercial asset finance brokerage and am occasionally asked by clients to recommend a mortgage broker. Liam was highly recommended to me by one of my industry peers as someone worth knowing. I was immediately impressed by his knowledge and professionalism when we first spoke.

As part of my policy I have access to a GP around the clock, I had a nightmare time yesterday trying to be seen by a doctor in London around my job, I kept being redirected to 111 who were themselves very busy. It wasn’t an emergency so then I remembered I had this policy. I went online asked for an appointment a doctor called me within the hour and a prescription was sent to me to the local chemist here in London within 2 hours.
