What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

We were looking for a one to one in person with an adviser. We met Kirsty and we found her warm, positive and extremely knowledgeable. Kirsty helped us through the whole process and made it a dream to go through.

Kirsty Dudek has helped us by being extremely conciencious, diligent and providing all information we needed and asked for. Kirsty was supportive and always positive and energetic in her work and manner.

We have the outcome we wanted and without Kirsty, we would have struggled and fallen at the first hurdle ! We are extremely happy with Kirsty's performance and cannot sing her praises loud enough.

There is nothing more Kirsty could have done for us, Kirsty was always on the end of the phone to answer all my stupid questions and put our minds at ease all the way through the process. We found ourselves in expert hands and the whole process was made as easy as it could have been. We are truly thankful and extremely pleased with the way Kirsty handled our case.

We initially used Kirsty to buy our first home, and have had to remortgage since. Our other friends had used Kirsty before and recommended her, they couldn’t praise her enough. We decided to go with Kirsty from their review. and we’re so glad we did

Kirsty helped us get our first mortgage and recently helped us remortgage when the % rates had gone up. We’ve been really stung, but Kirsty has done everything she can to find us the best deals and keep the % down for us. We have altered things where we can, and although our payments now aren’t ideal, they could have been much worse if Kirsty and her team weren’t on it.
