Neil has been fantastic from word go ! He has been extremely patient with me as I’m a first time single buyer so all completely new to me ! Also run a business with crazy hours so getting him everything he needed I was quite slow with but he again he was patient and pushed me to get it done as soon as I could ! Neil also managed to access my retained profits from my first years LTD company books which 3 other brokers were unable to do before I found Neil ! Would highly recommend Neil !

With my wife passing in the previous year my children told me to release some cash from the house and do something that will get me out more. They did not want me languishing at home, rattling around on my own. So, I decided to raise some cash with a lifetime mortgage that will purchase a new touring caravan in the short term and a motorhome in the longer term. I'm now frequently found touring the U.K and next summer - France. It worked!! I've joined groups and met with many new friends that enable me to do just as my family requested.
