Michaela has helped us twice over the last few years, the first getting in place a new mortgage after leaving renting for seven years which was a better deal than we had hoped for at the time and then again this summer when we remortgaged onto another five year fixed deal.

Initial mortgage and then selling and buying ans needing to port our mortgage to avoid exit fees.

Michaela was the star of both our buys. Michaela was able to get us a really good rate on our first mortgage, despite coving playing havoc. This time around she was able to help us arrange to port our Mortgage to our new house and take out a top up mortgage to cover the balance. Knowing nothing about mortgages ourselves coming into this having Michaela really did allow us to get onto the housing ladder. She has also helped us sort out income and life insurance so we can feel secure knowing if anything unexpected happens we are OK.

Buying my first home and Michaela gave advice & help in organising mortgages to Connells Estate Agent's clients.

How has Michaela Cooch helped you?

Michaela was an enormous help. She oversaw everything for me, as well as giving the necessary financial advice... Arranging my mortgage, insurances, legal advisors, house survey etc and doing so efficiently and quickly. As I wasn't local and my job was 24/7 it was a burden off my shoulders knowing everything was being sorted on my behalf. Michaela kept me informed from start to finish. Can't recommend Michaela highly enough.

What could they have done better?

To be honest, I don't think in my circumstances Michaela could have done any better than she did. Michaela listened and answered all my questions & concerns. She was reassuring, made me feel competent and was upfront. Michaela was not pushy with offers & advice. I felt we worked as a team and was more than happy to leave things on Michael's capable hands. She was efficient and got things moving quickly for my mortgage. Michaela had my trust and did not let me down. I do not hesitate in recommending Michaela's services.
