Hugh has helped us navigate our shared ownership application, and made the process smooth and clear. He has not only helped with the lengthy application process in a timely and efficient manner, but has made us feel at ease and always been there to help with any queries we have had along the way. The process of applying for a house is daunting, but Hugh makes you feel so much more confident about the process and has undoubtedly helped us progress to the stage of applying for our first mortgage seamlessly. We couldn’t be happier with Hugh’s services and highly recommend him to all!

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

Following my husbands stroke our whole life changed both emotionally and financially, we needed help and guidance on basically everything.

How has Hugh Kennedy helped you?

Hughie gave excellent advice on things you don’t automatically think of in a crisis, including power of attorney, state benefits, remortgaging, equity release, he is very thorough, non pushy and professional

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Yes I had lots of options to look at and decided in my own time without any pressure

Hugh is excellent! Couldn’t ask for a better mortgage advisor. He’s very professional and supportive. He will not stop till he finds the best deal for his clients. Would definitely use his services again in the future.
