What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?
We wanted to find a Mortgage advisor that we could trust.
How has Mark Laban helped you?
Mark was the 3rd mortgage broker that we approached, and it is safe to say he was like a breath of fresh air to my partner and I. His advice comes across as informed, measured and balanced and there is no hard sell from him to go with affliliated lenders or solicitors that would offer him personal gain. He just seems to know his stuff and offer his expert opinion whilst reiterating that he can only advise and it is ultimately our choice. We couldn't recommend him more highly and will definitely be coming back

Mark initially met with us to advise on our borrowing capacity and worked with us to secure our first mortgage. He was recommend to us by a number of my friends who have also recently used his services.
