Paul helped to set in place contingency plans for us in order to make sure that we had options about how & when to pay back our borrowings. It resulted in us owning our dream home against the odds. We were not really paying full attention, we just wanted the house and got carried away with that, but Paul really had our backs and made sure we had security and options in place.

Paul was very helpful due to his ability to search the whole market. This was especially evident when it came to my son's mortgage as his previous adviser had completely missed the mortgage that was available and much more economically viable for my son

Definitely. Paul has dealt with normal residential mortgages for us and re-mortgage on buy to let properties as well.

We found our ideal home, but had 2 homes to sell before we could buy it

How has Paul Campbell helped you?

Paul found us the ideal financial product for us. We were just focused on getting the house, but Paul looked at all the things we didn't think of, like their being no early redemption fees. This didn't matter to us at the time, but now looking back we can see how he had anticipated every option and has saved us thousands.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Very much so. We were able to pay back most of our bridging finance early as we sold our properties, the flexible arrangements Paul secured for us meant we saved about £11,000 in interest payments with no fees.

What could they have done better?

He was very good. I can't think what more he could have done. He did more than we asked.

We required additional money and a remortgage, and Paul was fantastic. We struggled to sort it through Halifax, and Paul’s knowledge really helped us select the right product for us.

Myself and my wife were thrilled with what Paul has done for us. We’ve been Trying to remortgage for over 18months with no joy through Halifax. With an easy fact finding process, polite and professional manner Paul came up with the right products for us. Communication was spot on, any questions answered. Highly recommended to anyone. The extension is already on its way..... cannot thank you enough. If there were more stars I would add them.

The fixed term on our mortgage had finished 2 years ago and i was finally getting round to rearranging it.

Paul found us a great deal that increased our borrowing so we could make some improvements to the house and without lengthening the term it only cost us an extra £15 a month! While i was being slow in progressing things Paul would regularly email me the details on a better or more suitable deal which shows he is proactive and constantly trying to do the best for his clients

Nowadays communication is all about email -- quick, efficient and accessible even on the go. The downside is that some filters send important emailed correspondence to other folders rather than straight to primary mail. When communication is time sensitive always best to have a 'read receipt' in place...might cut down on stress levels during daunting times.
