James was very helpful from the outset, he is very professional in his approach and was able to offer several options and allowed me to select the proposal best suited to my circumstances. He is clearly understands his role and is able to offer very good advice, also the fact that he is available out of working hours is ideal as I work a 9-5 job and am unable to take calls during these hours.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Yes, we have accepted the mortgage offer and already completed. In addition to this I have already completed on another re-mortgage and am in the middle of a further one.

What could they have done better?

Absolutely nothing, a very professional service from an experienced advisor.
