He didn't know a thing about omse (lift) scheme. I even sent him a screenshot from the Government website and he said they were wrong. He said the scheme was rubbish and avoid it at all cost, also that it only helps towards a deposit NOTHING ELSE. I've since secured a lift passport. 40% off the value of a property on the market up to a certain value depending on on area and number of bedrooms. They do not help by giving one help toward the deposit as I was adamantly told by James.
