What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?
we didn’t have great credit, we also were first time buyers and had no idea what we were doing,
How has Debra Cornell helped you?
She made what was supposed to be an incredibly stressful time in our lives so easy and stress free, always kept us updated along every step, and took all the stress of paper work away. Including the fact our credit wasn’t was a huge concern trying to obtain a mortgage.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
We are in our first home ! Couldn’t have gone better

I was getting divorced and wasn't even sure that I was eligible for a mortgage, Debbie was recommended to me by so many customers enough had used her services
How has Debra Cornell helped you?
She was amazing this was a very anxious time for me, Debbie was very patient, secured a great mortgage enabling ne to buy my first ever home as a first time buyer with my children

Absolutely we are now in our home and it belongs to just me :)

Nothing, her setvuce from mortgages through to life cover was exemplary

Debra helped us throughout the whole process of applying for our 1st mortgage. She was so helpful and efficient throughout the process. She was able to answer any concerns we had and helped with some things that we where unsure about. Debra was only ever a phone call text or email away and went above and beyond to answer any concerns myself or my husband had.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
Yes we have been approved for a mortgage
What could they have done better?
We strongly believe that Debra did everything that we would of expected her to of done and it made our process so much easier and less stressful.

She has been incredibly quick, reassuring, and reliable in providing me mortgage advice and securing the mortgage in principle, assuring me that I had good options and an excellent deal for the mortgage and the insurance, and completed everything incredibly quickly.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
I am still awaiting for my house purchase contract to go through, but everything that Debra has provided for me has moved along swiftly.
