We contacted Ricky initially to help us with getting our mortgage sorted. Ricky was brilliant throughout the process and made the whole thing a lot easier and stress free. Ricky was quick to turnaround everything and happy to organise calls outside his own working hours to accommodate my availability. He also set up a Whatsapp group with my partner and I which made reaching him very easy. He was very helpful and answered all our questions clearly and promptly. He also then helped organise our life insurance policies as well which was a great help! Thanks so much Ricky!

Yes, we've now moved into our new home and Ricky played such a big role in getting us there!

What could they have done better?

Honestly, I can't think of anything Ricky could have done better. I felt his service was above and beyond what I was expecting to begin with. I would 100% recommend Ricky if you are looking for advice or want to apply for a mortgage and want the potential stress of it all taken away by a great adviser!

Fantastic and very easy transaction! Would highly recommend to anyone looking to get a helping hand in getting onto the housing ladder or remortgaging to move or do home improvements. Ricky is so reassuring and easy to talk to, he breaks things down for you so it’s easier to understand as it’s a very important thing but felt at ease with Ricky dealing with it all. Will definitely be using again.

Yes we have our new mortgage in place and are now currently waiting till March for our extension to be built that rick helped us do.

Rick was great worked hard and always told us how it was. If we didn’t understand something he would break down into easy sections so we exactly knew what we were doing.

As a single working mother of 2 small children my spare time is very limited, so needed to seek financial advise to remortgage and ensure I had the appropriate life insurance in place to cover myself and children if the worse was to occur.
