Beth has been super helpful and very informative. The first mortgage advisor I went to was unprofessional and condescending. So when I met Beth, she was like a breath of fresh air and helped me and my sister understand the process better. We stayed with Beth for this reason as she kept us well informed about deals and things which would benefit us (insurance etc). Beth herself is a lovely person inside and out and an easy person to speak to.

I can’t commended Beth and her team team Enough for making the whole process of securing the mortgage incredibly smooth. The initial property was removed from the market despite the offer being accepted. Beth managed the process of applying for the mortgage on the new properly incredibly smooth despite it being such a stressful time for me and the family Beth and her team were always on hand to make everything possible. The whole team work very well together and everyone communicated promptly. The team always responded regardless of the time they were always at hand to answer my questions.

Finding a self build mortgage for a barn conversion.

How has Beth Stevenson helped you?

Beth found a suitable mortgage for our self build when we we struggling to find any other suitable product, since then Beth has helped us remortgage the same property twice once converting the self build mortgage to a residential mortgage and then to a buy to let mortgage. On each occasion the deals Beth found for us were easily better than I could find elsewhere. Beth has also help us with mortgages for our other buy to let properties, we have always be happy with the mortgages we have been provided with.

It was only take three working days from the formal submission of the mortgage application to the get the mortgage offer.so efficient!

I found Beth through a friends recommendation when looking for a mortgage adviser

How has Beth Stevenson helped you?

Beth found my initial mortgage offer, I am a self employed freelancer and I was worried this would be an issue. She also helped me negotiate when my two year deal ran out recently.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Yes, both times I worked with Beth the results surpassed my expectations, Beth is also a great communicator which is really important when dealing with potentially stressful financial matters.

What could they have done better?

I don’t think Beth could have five better, I I don’t have any complaints from my experience working with her.
