What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I needed a mortgage as a 1st time buyer and there were so many hurdles. So I typed my needs on chatgtp and Ross was the first one to come up on the list. There were other names, but I contacted him 1st and his response was swift. For him to come up 1st on the list meant a lot and I read reviews which were all positive and I have experienced beyond positive review with Ross.

Ross is absolutely brilliant. Wish there was an an opportunity to give more stars.. I could not fault him on anything. He is very attentive to your needs and always explains everything, gives you an honest opinion on everything.He explains all the pros and cons of everything and allows you make a choice. He doesn’t rush, push or bully you around like some salesmen do. Overall if you have complicated needs, Ross is your man. At the beginning of the process, I did not even think it was possible to get a mortgage due to other factors that were out of my control. However after having a meeting with Ross, he was like, this is new to me, but let me make enquiries. That there was a honesty and willingness that other brokers would have either fobbed you off or led you along. He went above and beyond and I did not feel like a number to be served, but was treated with great dignity and care. Every question was answered and Ross would check I have understood the points. He ensured I got the best rates .Personally, I think Ross really genuinely cares for his clients.

Ross is doing absolutely fine. He is very professional and values time. He makes an appointment with you and he keeps to it. Even when you contact him at odd times, he still responds.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I work in TV and film so needed someone who specialises in the industry for support to express to lenders how my income works as not everyone understands it

I work in TV and film so felt like getting a mortgage was going to be impossible! But here I am a couple of months later with a mortgage offer! Ross has been amazing throughout the whole process, he’s made me feel at ease and talked me through every step of the way. As a first time buyer it’s such a daunting and confusing process but I felt supported through every stress or worry I had. Communication has been amazing, replies have been quick no matter what day or time. Thankyou Ross for everything! I will be recommending to friends and family without hesitation.

Nothing. Everything has been perfect. I just wished I had found Ross sooner!!
