Myself and my partner were looking to buy a house together and finding somewhere with more space for our growing family.

I was looking for reliable, un-biased advice on all aspects around a re-mortgage but also with someone who would absolutely have my best interests as their number one priority & Gerard absolutely exceeded my expectations and also with the personal touch.

I needed to get money out of one of my properties, to finish renovating my main residence

He obtained a buy to let mortgages on a property, but it turned out deeds on property were still in my late husband and his mothers name and it took 6 months for local solicitors to sort out. Gerard was very supportive during this time as my saving we’re getting very low
