As a senior citizen having a trusted advisor to guide me through such an important decision was a great comfort.

We were in the process of purchasing a new home and knew that with the current mortgage market, we would benefit from someone specialising in that area to find us the most suitable and best deal. We also needed to get a variety of insurances (life, critical and income protection) so knew we wanted to find someone who can do this all together.

He has made the process completely seamless and stress free for us, and he ensured we were fully informed throughout the process. No question at all seemed silly to Mark and he took his time to explain everything to us, or simplify/condense information for us in emails.

Yes 100%. We are really happy with our mortgage product and our insurances and income protections. Mark has truly ensured we were fully in the loop throughout the whole process.
