What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

We wanted to secure a property quickly to beat the stamp duty changes.

How has David Horton helped you?

From the very beginning he was quick, talked us through absolutely everything and got us a strong mortgage in principal within a day.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

We completed the purchase of our home in February 2025, we first spoke to David in November of 2024. He was there whenever we needed and helped speed the process along as much as he humanly could.

What could they have done better?

Nothing, he is excellent.

Was looking for a mortgage advisor and came across David and AS Financial. David was very knowledgeable and offered good advice, providing different options.

David was able to progress the mortgage and came back within a very reasonable timeframe. He took care of the heavy lifting involved in submitting mortgage applications
