Paul has been great from the off, from the moment I asked for an online quote he has been responsive and efficient in providing advice and recommending a mortgage for me. We have discussed various options and I feel he has found the best one for me. Even when I changed my requirements at short notice he was able to be flexible to my needs to enable me to put in a formal offer on a house providing me with an offer in principle extremely quickly. I also feel Paul has not been pushy in regards to payment, and has been up front about exactly what he can and can't offer, the level of service I would receive and how much it would cost. He has also made recommendations to other advisors and solicitors when discussing my needs. I have no hesitations in recommending Paul, and will be discussing my finances further with him after my mortgage completes as I have a life insurance policy I think needs re visiting.
