5 years ago I bought my first property. My circumstances were complex as some of my income came in the form of child support, but the father of my child had recently died. Joshua helped me find a lender who was understanding of these circumstances, and the interest rate was excellent. The rate for my recent remortgage was not as good but it was competative for the current market.

There were errors on the paperwork their support staff put together. That would be my only criticsm, but this didn't cause any issues in the securing of the loan so it wasn't material in the end
