Nothing in my opinion, Josh is our long time mortgage adviser and I wouldn’t trust anyone else to give us such helpful advice.

We have used an advisor for our previous mortgage but sadly he did not do mortgages any more. We have been clients of Joshua's colleague for many years and he was recommended from him for our mortgage.
