Buying a new property and needed advice that I could get sitting face to face and not on the phone.

Peter was very accommodating and made it seem like he was available at any time. He sat down and went through what I required explained exactly what he was going to do and phone me regularly with updates. Every question we had from agents and solicitors regarding money or payslips was directed to peter and he answered them straight away. When our first house fell through Peter worked with us and the bank until we were in a position to offer on a new house. Peter went above and beyond to help my family and I secure a great mortgage deal and get the home we were after.

A mortgage was offered and agreed at a price that meant we saved money.

What could they have done better?

I believe Peter did everything he could to secure us our mortgage, and he truly did make me feel like I was his top priority. If I was not available he would always call my wife to pass on information and even called me from home after work to get some information to carry on working.
